Darcie has been such a gift to our family. From the very beginning, she created a space where my son feels completely safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. There’s a warmth and ease about her that immediately put him at ease, and that trust has only deepened over time.
What stands out most is how much he loves his time with her. Her sessions are filled with joy, creativity, and play — the kind that draws him in and makes him feel excited to be there. In fact, he’s genuinely disappointed anytime he has to miss a session, which says everything about the connection she’s built with him.
Darcie has a special way of making him feel confident and capable, all while keeping things light, engaging, and fun. You can tell she puts so much thought into what she does, and it shows in the way kids respond to her.
We are incredibly grateful for the impact she’s had and the environment she creates every time they’re together. She’s truly exceptional.

We have learned so much from your expertise, and she made so many wonderful improvements over the last year. We are so grateful for the way you “got” ❤️. You created a space where she felt safe to challenge herself, and seeing her confidence (and our confidence) grow has been such a gift. We are heading into this move with so many tools & with a feeling of being equipped to support ❤️’s needs thanks to the strategies you’ve shared with us. We will miss your warmth & your patience, and your cheering ❤️ on during her sessions. Thank you for being a vital part of ❤️’s journey & for setting her/us up for success.
Working with Darcie has been incredible for our family. Our child’s sensory processing challenges were affecting his balance/sense of where his body is in space, and his fine motor development, and we’ve seen real progress working with her — from improved body control to using the correct pencil grip. Just as importantly, she makes therapy genuinely fun, and our son looks forward to seeing her every week.
Darcie made a wonderful, lasting difference for our family. She brought an unmatched energy and dedication to finding what lights our daughter up, constantly exploring new activities until she found what clicked. She has an incredible talent for discovering what truly excites a child, and our daughter always looked forward to their OT sessions. As parents navigating our daughter’s sensory-seeking needs, Darcie was an invaluable guide who always offered practical, grounded advice. She formed a deep, genuine connection with our family, and we cannot recommend her enough!
Our child received care from Darcie for a few years, and in that time created an incredible bond with him. She consistently went above and beyond by designing curriculum tailored to his needs, as well as providing resources and advice to us as parents. Our child improved immensely in the areas for which he was referred to OT, and he looked forward to his sessions each week. We wholeheartedly recommend Darcie to families looking for an Occupational Therapist; she is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients.
As a parent, it can be incredibly hard to watch my child shift from being joyful to overwhelmed in an instant and not know how to guide him back to calm, confident and in-control. Darcie offers support that truly makes a difference by teaching our son meaningful regulation strategies, problem‑sizing skills, and providing tactile tools that help my child slow down and reconnect with himself. She has also provided our family with consistent language cues and research based concepts we can use at home, which creates a smoother connection between everyday life and what my child learns in sessions with her. Darcie is passionate, kind, and seems to provide space that helps my child feel safe and willing to open up to her. It’s a lot of work, and we’re committed to it every day. Lastly, the clear, practical strategies she has provided, has made such a positive difference. Thanks Darcie.
